Part of the vision of City of Refuge Church is to establish a place of safety for people to come and be changed by the power of the Holy Spirit to be like Jesus. We want to be a place where truth works through love to transform all who are willing to let God do His life-giving work. We truly believe that Jesus came to give us life and life abundant.
